If your application for a vacant position is unsuccessful, ACTICO GmbH will store the data and files provided for no longer than six months. After the six months have expired, the data and files are deleted. The application can be retracted at any time. Retracting your application leads to the deletion without undue delay of your data and files in the e-recruiting system with the restrictions listed below. Within the framework of an online application, you can also demand that individual files or pieces of data be deleted. However, ACTICO GmbH reserves the right to store a limited amount of your data for six months in order to comply with legal provisions, specifically German General Equal Treatment Act (Allgemeines Gleichbehandlungsgesetz, or AGG) documentation obligations.
